• Proactively identify and address potential performance bottlenecks to enhance the workflow and efficiency of the virtual environment.

• Receives and processes requests from customers via e-mail, or Ticketing System (BMC Remedy ITSM).
• Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems mainframe.
• Maintain online logbooks for incidents management control, and reporting as per ITIL standards.
• Delivers, tags, set up, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.

• Handle incoming customer calls using a variety of Contact Center technologies and telephony platforms.
• Handle customer queries, complaints& concerns in a professional manner.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide alternative solutions.
• Operate IT applications such as the Internet, Intranet, email & windows applications.
