Electrical Engineer
Current- Project Preparation and Coordination: - Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects. - Interact with clients daily to interpret their needs and requirements. - Represent clients in the field.- Quality Control and Compliance: - Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications. - Perform overall quality control of work, including budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance. - Initiate appropriate corrective actions as needed.- Team Management and Mentorship: - Assign responsibilities to project team members. - Mentor and guide the project team. - Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other participants.- Engineering Deliverables and Documentation: - Review engineering deliverables. - Manage all required documentation for sites according to SECCO requirements.- Site Visits and Emergency Response: - Conduct daily site visits according to the schedule for inspection and team performance. - Act as a Work Permit Receiver (WPR) during emergencies and assist the vendor technical maintenance team. - Ensure compliance with work permit procedures and safety regulations.- Technical Oversight: - Oversee activities related to backfilling of SRMU, 13.8KV cable splicing work, cable termination, and other tasks as required.
