I took a systems approach to training development, streamlined the process, hired new training development team to write and update a 9.4 7 Man-Year backlog of training materials under 3 years. My proposal for a 13-member "Engineer Fusion Cell" replaced four redundant steps in the project nomination process on Fort Polk, resulting in 75% faster approval of funding, timeline, and deliverables for Troop engineer projects for the 46th EN BN.I developed and executed plans for the US&R training center of excellence and spearheaded two field training exercises for the only permanent US&R forces in the Army. My comprehensive stationing plan for all 1 MEB maintenance facilities and administrative space to promote a cohesive unit footprint among 27 Company Operating Facilities (COFs) and 10 motor pools. Managed and supervised the operation, repair, and maintenance of hospital ground maintenance program and hospital facilities. The successful deployment of the 10th CSH is a direct reflection of my technical expertise and ability to manage several hundreds of complex tasks simultaneously. While deployed, I was program manager for three-multimillion-dollar construction projects, any one of which would require a dedicated Project Manager as a standalone project, including the construction of the Sather Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) Building. My herculean efforts on these three projects enabled the highly politicized transition of Ibn Sina Hospital back to the Government of Iraq, the seamless displacement of the Baghdad Combat Support Hospital out of the International Zone, and most importantly facilitated the historical 98% trauma survival rate realized by the 10th CSH during OIF 08-10.

I was ranked #1 warrant officer in the command. A proven leader and technical expert, I was instrumental in establishing the technical foundation in a newly activated vertical construction company. The success of the unit mission in Afghanistan is directly attributable to my superior knowledge of engineering, leadership and technical skills.
