• Supervision of duct installation of HVAC system, and make any inspection required.• Responsible for installation of plumbing systems (sanitary drainage system, water supply system, storm system, ventilation connections).• Perform suitable visual inspection for connections executed and prepare RFI for any technical clarification.• Supervision of installation of AHU, FAHU, FCU, FD, SD, VD cupper pipe HVAC accessories.• Reviewing all HVAC drawings, ensure that all drawings are approved from consultant.• Supervision of water supply installation, using UPVC pipes, CPVC pipes, and all accessories.• Responsible for all ducting activities within the project.• Responsible for installation of HVAC system according to approved drawings and all accessories during finishing.• Experience in different types of ventilation systems.• Responsible for installation of plumbing system according to approved drawings.• Responsible for installation of MEP systems according to approved drawings.• Supervisor for A/C Units and Accessories (Specializing in AHU, ACCU, VAV, FCU and Chilled Water System).• Responsible for installation of HVAC system according to approved drawings.• Testing and Commission for HVAC.• Coordinating between our office and the subcontractor• Monitoring all projects for mechanical works.• Planning and Scheduling and make specification of all project• Managing and guiding all the work (Corrective maintenance).• Maintenance HVAC system.
