Duties and Responsibilities • Participate in establishing and implementing the company HSE Policy and HSE Management Plan.• Participate in establishing company HSE KPI. • Monitors and ensure HSE KPI requirements are complied by the employees. • Conducts projects-wide company and Contractors safety training in compliance to the requirements of the Rua Al Madinah safety training matrix. • Review MSs, JSAs, and critical lift plans.• Review Contractors HSE Project Plan. • Conducts site inspection to identify critical activities and the implementation of safety requirements in these activities. • Participates in accident investigations and cause analyses. • Develops SMART action plans to prevent accident re-occurrence. • Review and advice the contractor on their ERPs and in the conduct of required emergency drills. • Review contractors HAZMAT and Environmental Hygiene Procedures and Action Plans.

§   Participate in incidents investigation.        §    Follow up the recommendations actions.        §   Reviewing the companies Health & Safety Management System.        §   Auditing the companies’ commitment in Health & Safety.        §   Audit and Monitor Safety KPI’s.        §   Prepare final Audit Report. §  Prepare yearly Safety Statistics Report

Working under GFPD on Ethane Recovery Projects Division: > Controlling Safety issues tracking system. > Preparing Project Safety Analysis. > Site monitoring on contractor site. > Supervision on contractor's safety department. > Prepare daily safety report. > Prepare accident / incident / near miss reports. > Prepare SBOI's weekly / monthly reports. > Review JSA and MS.

It is one of the mega projects. It is 200 000 square meters construction project on 24-hour / 6-days a week. The average of the employees around 10000 people/day. Roles & Responsibilities:  Supervising on all site activities. Supervision on contractor's safety department. Site monitoring on contractor's safety plan.  Follow up HSE raised issues.  Prepare Shift / Daily / Weekly/ safety reports.  Prepare Accident / Incident reports.  Analyze Accident Data.  Participant in in-house training.  Participant as a trainer for summer training students.
