 Finalisation of Accounts on an annual basis and handing over the accounts to External auditor for audit once approved from General Manager and Group Finance Manager.- Preparation of Yearly Profitability / Income & Expense Statement- Preparation and Posting of adjustment entries.- Posting of monthly and annual JVs of Provisions, Accruals and Prepaid Expenses.- Balance Confirmation from Banks, Vendors and Sister Concerns.- Liaison with Internal auditor.- Handling Letter of Credit, L/C amendment and maintain Trust Receipt account.- Maintain Bank overdraft with Short Term Loan & Bills Discounting.  Monthly Reporting: - Prepare and complete monthly Financial Statements and Cash Flow Statement.- Bank Reconciliation, Reconciliation of Inter Companies.- Confirmation of Cash in Hand, Cash Imprest and Cash Equivalent.  MIS Report: - Daily MIS: Sales reports, sales analysis according to the different divisions of the Company, Cost Center analysis, Project wise Reports, Debtors Aging Analysis - Bank Statement Balance - fund control through fund transfer and PDC Monitoring and Supervision of Daily Accounts: - Daily Sales and Cash & Cash Equivalent verification and posting. - Handling Telex Transfers, Fixed Deposit and Debtors follow up. - General Payments verification-Third party payment, Petty cash, Fixed assets etc., - Vendor Payments with verification of Discounts and Deductions through Goods Return Voucher, Evaluation sheet, Display agreements, LPO copy & Listing Fees. - Preparing Invoice on behalf of colleagues.  Maintain accounts in ORACLE 2001 - Microsoft Dynamic Business Solution - ORBITSAchievements: Efficiently handled the accounts of the company with timely and accurate reporting with strict internal controls.
