Responsible for conducting site visits and preparing a detailed Bill of quantity and submitting to the higher management.Responsible for the overall site execution and managing a team of Civil Supervisors and coordinating their site activities.Preparing the Equipment and Manpower resource requirements and allocating among the supervisors.Study, Implement the detailed activity schedule and achieve the targets through proper monitoring and priorities of the site activities.Preparation & Submission of Daily Progress reports with Plan/Actual S-curve.Conduct survey to find the underground pipelines location with P&ID drawings& Layout drawingsPreparation of Method statements, ITP Plan and detailed drawing.Preparation of material submittals and request for inspection (RFI) and get it approved from the client.Formation, implementation and constant monitoring of quality of work.Preparation of detailed measurements sheet as per the site progress to proceed for invoicing.Implementing the HSE Management system of the Company at Site.Preparation of work permits/work management system, job safety analysis and all related documents with work permits.
