Responsible for developing the procurement strategy and plans for facility management. Analyze trends and market conditions for facility management material/ services pricing, availability and lead time. Prepare list of potential facility management suppliers with recommendations. Undertake price negotiations with facility management suppliers and realize savings. Develop contingency plans related to key facility management suppliers and extract lessons learned from process cycle. Support bidding teams with regards to facility management matters during the tendering preparation Handle procurement, long‐lead and bulk orders. Continuously monitor facility management suppliers and service providers’ performance and recommend corrective actions to address low performance issues. Rate suppliers/ contractors post‐delivery based on their performance.
