● Managing and Supervising of material used in concrete or Roads to ensure conformance tointernational standards and as per the project specification● Pre Qualification of the Concrete batch Plant as per project Requirement.● Developing and implementing quality control systems.● Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, to ensure quality specifications are met.● Scheduling the laboratory works and Auditing the processes of tests to ensure quantities meetthe requirements.● Supervising of field activities for fresh concrete tests, Road backfilling procedures and sampling.● Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.● Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.● Investigating and troubleshooting issues.● Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.● Preparing site instructions, non-conformance reports and commenting on deliverables.Reporting to the top management.
