Preparation of LDCL of various proposals & review of documentation, Valuation of landed property offered as collateral security against loan along with banks listed surveyors, Obtain legal opinion from BLA, Loan Disbursement, Preparation of sanction advice, Preparation of credit proposal of retail loan, All the works related to SOD (FO), Preparing admin related correspondence, Payment of all kind of bill, rent etc of our branch, Develop relationship with the potential clients, creating new customer for both Assets & Liability. Working closely with head of branch about marketing of bank product, hunting asset & liabilities, creating customer base & working to develop banker customer relationship. ATM maintained any other works as and when assigned by the management "Towards MTB Winning & MTB3V. In Addition:Contact with merchants to tie up for business acquisition & Install new POS, Train up sales persons to perform all transaction related task. Giving all the Merchants appropriate POS Training. Merchant Monitoring and build up relation to increase sales volume.
