Key responsibilities: Coordinate between the architectural and structural engineers, MEP engineers before submitting the package to the authority for approvals and design NOCs. Discuss the conceptual design with the clients. Submit the project the authority and obtain the project permit. Assist and coordinate with the Architects, Engineers and Draftsman all the detailed drawing package before floating the tender. Producing the full specifications with provisional sums and PC rates needed and discuss it with the clientMain projects include: Sketch, Presentations and Working Drawings of:o G+12 in Al Jadaf area (Dubai);o G+7 and G+4 in Al Warsan area (Dubai); ando Commercial and Residential buildings BIM Modeling, Working Drawings and submission of different villas in Dubai Concept Design and Submission of different office Buildings, G+7 hotels in Dubai Land area and Al Furjan area 18 compound villas in Al furjan area and getting the approvals from Nakheel and Trakhees.

Key responsibilities: Preparing and organizing complete and detailed drawings for submission according to authorities’ regulations (Dubai Municipality), and follow up of applications until project approval. Developing detailed layouts and designs, schedules and models using both CAD and BIM methods. Preparation of concept development plans and scaled preliminary drawings showing physical allocation of areas, unit distribution, amenities, and basic utility layouts and building envelopes. 3D modelling and rendering. Liaising with local authorities to ensure designs are in line with relevant codes and standards. Leading the team and developing architectural designs on several projects through different design phases from concept stage.Main projects include: Sketch, Presentations and Working Drawings of G+7, G+3, G+4 Commercial and Residential buildings. BIM Modeling, Working Drawings and submission of various villas in Dubai. Concept design and submission of office buildings, Mosques, hospitals, labour camp and restaurant.

Key responsibilities: Attending meeting with contractors and ensuring a full understanding of the project and presenting on a weekly basis the progress in a professional manner. Produce coordinated multi-disciplinary drawings showing conflicts and solutions Working with a team of junior architects and draftsmen Introduce advantages of using BIM (Revit and Sketch Up) as part of the platform on rendering architectural services from schematic design to construction drawing stages.Main projects include: University in Chlef city with 6000 pedagogic seats and 3500 beds.

Key responsibilities: Conceptual design, detailing, working drawings, 3D renders and graphic presentations. Introduce advantages of using BIM (Revit and Sketch Up) as part of the platform on rendering architectural services from schematic design to construction drawing stages.Main projects include: Design and BIM modelling of luxury villas Design and BIM modelling of luxury promotional apartment in Algiers, Algeria. Design and BIM modelling of commercial buildings (G+6, G+8 and G+3) Design of a hospital 100 beds in Algeria Design of sport hall with 500 seats. Design of stadium with 30,000 seats in Chlef, Algeria (partnership with IDOOM Engineering Consultancy)
