 Attending Seminars and Training Sessions organized by the Hardware Accessories Manufacturers to increase the abilities and skills relates to Architectural Hardware Division, Under Division 8 for Openings Sections 08110, 08210, 08710 & 08711 Attending meetings relates to ongoing projects with R.E., Consultants & Projects Managers to sort out the discrepancies and technical issues. Studying the Architectural Floor Plans & Door Schedules to finalize the total quantities as well as wherever necessary providing the guideline about Hardware technical issues and doing required amendments in the designed Hardware Sets Schedule by Consultants. Preparation of Compliance Sheets of Doors hardware Accessories along with all the required Technical Data Sheets & whatever Certifications required. According to BS EN standard OR ANSI standard Along with the coordination of Consultants & as per budget of the client preparing the proposals of Doors Hardware Accessories according to the suitable location of doors and according to the required function. If Certain Doors required to be under Access Control System OR if the door has to be connected with Fire Alarm System according to KFD requirements and to separation of the Fire Zones. Preparing the Master key Plans, Details & Proposals according to the Specifications or Clients requirements. Follow up with the Main Contractor and Sub Contractors of Doors to provide them all kind of technical support during the installations of Doors Hardware Accessories until handing over the project to the client Preparing the Quotations, Budget & Cost prices analysis sheets and forwarding it to the Managers along with all the relevant documents for approval.
