Responsibility: • Expert in advanced recruiting techniques working within a high volume environment Full life cycle recruiting from nuts to bolts to include; sourcing, phone screening, in person behavioral based interviews, administering tests and background checks/reference checking across a complete range of skill set and disciplines providing staffing solutions on a project, contract and contract to permanent basis.• Ensure total customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and resolving customer and contractor issues.• Establish and maintain relationships with consultants on assignment.• Successfully establish, maintain and build relationships with all levels of corporate executives and IT professionals• Responsible for all negotiations and pay rates.• Extensively used Internet job boards/search engines (Dice, Monster, Google Search, Corp 2 Corp etc).• Utilizing various sourcing method to generate candidate including extensive sourcing from Web portal, Internal Database, Web Posting, Employee referrals and Networking.

Responsibility: Complete responsibility for each opening from the initial qualification of the requirement, identification of candidates, pre-screens, interview confirmation, salary negotiations and offers. Searching consultants from job sites like, Monster, Dice, Computer jobs, Craig list, Internal Database (Recruiter). Search Techniques includes: Boolean Expression, use-to exclude, single word with multiple word phrases. Screening & Short listing of resumes by evaluating the candidate's technical skills, communication skills, presentation skills, based on client's requirement. Managed recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement. Recruiting for all levels of candidates, from Developers to Project Managers. Keeping track of every requirement from submission to closing. Maintain weekly status lists of all activities, i.e., candidates interviewed, screened, and hired. Trained 5 recruiters on how to utilize the internet, referrals, Tax terms ( Corp - Corp, 1099, W-2 ) and an internal database (Recruiter) to identify, interview, screen and hire potential technical consultants.

Responsibility: • As a Technical Recruiter my basic responsibilities are when ever a new and hot requirement comes to me I have to go through the requirement and I have to Know what the client is looking to fill a position in his Organization.• Further step I have to search the consultant according to client requirement and also the required skills in the Job Portals such as Monster, Dice , Computer works and in the Company data base .• When I find a consultant with matching skills set of client requriment and responsibilities of the position and have good experience with the skill set of what the client is looking for .• Then I have to screen the consultant over telephone and I have to take the all the details of consultant and also working experience with skills set and some more details about his past working experience and I have to check his communication skills while I speak with him over telephone.• When I feel that the consultant which I find is perfectly matching and I found that the consultant has related work experience in his resume and who can explain his role in his last project as well as about his responsibilities.• If the consultant is on H1B visa the I have to discuss the rate for the consultant with his employer. If the consultant is on EAD then I can discuss the rate with him or with his or her employer .If he or her moving with an employer.• If the consultant is on Greencard Holder (GC ) or Us Citizen then I can discuss the rate with them directly what the rate they are looking right now.• Once the employer or the consultant give a rate confirmation according what we have discussed over telephone.
