o Experience in MEP (HVAC System, Fire Fighting and Plumbing) Design and Reviewingo Using Software Programing for Calculation (Heating and Cooling, ELITE Fire Fighting, and Air Duct-Piping Sizing)o Knowledge of International Code of Design as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA and UPC, IPC …., etc.o Preparing (Bill of Quantity, Tendering Design, Specifications)

o Manage and supervise the daily activities of the teams o Follow up the performance rates of projects [CPI & SPI & BAC] o Managing and monitoring cash flow [Cash in & Cash out] o Monitor drawing/material/work conformances with provisions as per specification, codes, and standards o Carries out a site inspection on a random basis to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule o Ensures the optimal usage of manpower and resources
