I helped a main coach with coaching a group of U12 football players as part of my Duke of Edinburgh service. During this period i learned a lot about leadership and managing a group of people this also helped me understand how to put my football knowledge into use when it comes to teaching others. This is a very useful skill that I have used after this job in experiences outside of football as well.
