• Focus on conception & implementation of short/long term strategic plans and collaborate with the senior management in effectively implementing prospective business development ventures• Evaluate organizational performance against both annual budget and long term strategy and implement effective remedial measures based on identified deviations• Prepare & present commentaries/executive summary including working capital projections and budget variance report including month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements, management accounts and other reports to the senior management to enable effective decision making• Spearhead team efforts in developing customized financial business plans & budgets to facilitate decision-making and enhance organizational profitability• Acquaint team members with organization’s operating, capital budgets and cash management systems including internal control procedures and corporate governance standards for implementing the same in day to day business transactions• Prepare & maintain group's cash flow, annual budgeting, forecasting, project financing, fund raising and structuring financial strategies across all properties based on business as well as operational requirements• Set up customized corporate finance models techniques aligned to industry standards; develop balanced capital structure in Equity & Debt and maintain adequate cash flow position• Participate in internal & external audits and follow up on recommendations for development of financial policies, systems and procedures• Update CEO and finance team with audit findings for reengineering business policies, interpreting financial reports, maintaining monthly P&L, B/S & Cash Flow statements and preparing group’s consolidated results• Develop & implement accounting procedures aligned to laws and fiscal regulations in each national jurisdiction for maintaining seamless operations
