Dr. Mohammed Temraz is Assistant Professor at the UPM College of Computer and Cyber Sciences. He has a PhD in Computer Sciences and Artificial Intelligence from University College Dublin (UCD, 2023), which ranked 126 in the world, a MSc in Data Analytics from Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin, 2018 ) and a BSc in Information Systems from Taibah University (2012). He has over 6 years' experience in the field of AI, and numerous research papers presented at international conferences and published in journals. Temraz’s work spans the counterfactuals algorithms and AI. His recent work on counterfactual augmentation (CFA) is inherently interdisciplinary as it reuses novel AI explanation strategies that are then tested in data augmentation.
