Design the customers' enterprise network solution (Internet & VPN).Design alternative solutions to maintain customer service level Agreement SLA.Responsible on Key Account customers such Banking, Government, Manufacturing & Telecom Sector activation.Designing all solution with different media types (Copper, Fiber, Wi-max, Microwave, 3G).Configure and troubleshoot MPLS VPN L2 & L3.Configuring edge and distribution Network Routers including Cisco (VXR 7200, ASR 1K & 9K) and Juniper (M7i, M10i, MX104, MX480, MX 960 & SRX) platforms including both Software (IOS, IOS XR & JUNOS).Configure PE-CE routing protocols (OSPF, RIP, EIGRP & BGP).Configure LDP sessions, MP-BGP, VRF instance & Traffic Engineering in IP/MPLS cloud.Configure SHDSL local loop terminations on DSLAM (Alcatel ASAM & ISAM, Huawei 5100 & 5600, MSAN 5600T series).Configure Customer Premises Equipment such (Routers, modems, firewalls, Switches).Solid Experience with Cisco routers (1800, 1900, 2800, 2900, & 800) platforms.Wide Experience with Cisco Catalyst (2960, 3560, 3650, 3750, 4500, 6500) Series.Implement different network redundancy techniques like HSRP, VRRP & GLBP; in addition to load balancing using Ether Channels and Multilink interfaces.Apply QOS for enterprise customer to achieve high level of performance.Coordinate and follow up with concerned departments such as Core, Capacity planning, Pre-Sales, technicians, supply chain and project managers to ensure that customer's technical solution will be successfully delivered.
