- Working with both Talent Acquisition and Onboarding - Working on the full lifecycle recruitment of candidates(Sourcing, Pre-screening, Shortlisting, conducts screening interviews, assists managers with interviews, extends offers, confirming the joining date, gathering documents، provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates, focus on seamless onboarding and keeping in touch through these stages)- Screening candidate's qualifications and experience to ensure they are qualified for the job and create a shortlist to share with the departments.- Responsible for recruiting top candidates for (Cheesecake Factory, ShakeShack, Raising Cane's, P.F Chang’s, TexasRoadhouse, Pinkberry ,FootLocker, NewBalance & People )- Created contracts through QIWA .- Ensure all hiring processes comply with Al Shaya policies.- Auditing data and setting up employee profiles in internal HR AlShaya systems.- Coordination with other departments to ensure all necessary new employee needs are ready, including Office, PC or Laptop, Phone, ID Card, Prepare the contract and all forms the first day of the candidate's, like the joining form, Disclosure Agreement ,etc.- Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions with training department to familiarize them with the AlShaya Group.- Participate in the annual cluster Talent Acquisition plan, communicating with all departments to discuss criticality vacancies, directing to raise the hiring request including the requirements competency and skills of a candidate based on vacant position.- Acting as the main point of contact between the candidates, hiring manager and district manager for all Al Shaya brands - Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.- Working closely with Hiring Managers to design a resource plan for their roles within the AlShaya brands

- Posting job openings, Reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews and Conducting initial screenings.- Maintain efficient and effective communication with candidates - Prepare employee documents (ID employee number, ID card, Hand Punch,Job offer, Job description and Employment Contract).- Maintain and update ALBAIK tracking sheet with candidate status information and their details- Dealing and building business relationships with the recruitment agencies that ALBAIK deals with- Handling the after-arrival process for candidates with all its details until the deployment of all the employees to the restaurant. - Coordinate with area managers (ROMs) to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments. - Handling and managing the petty cash for the HR Department .
