I completed an internship of 3 months at Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited, an independent subsidiary of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. In this role, I was responsible for performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and data preprocessing on the hERG dataset. I built and evaluated machine learning models, utilizing PyCaret for model comparison and selection based on metrics like Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE).To support decision-making, I created visualizations that facilitated the selection of the best models. I also performed hyperparameter tuning to further enhance the accuracy and performance of the models. My work involved both regression and classification techniques to identify the best-fitting models for the data.
