Conducting As-Is business process requirements within various industries across thecompany portfolio- Independently conducting these studies across different geographical locations of thebusiness entities- Consolidating As-Is process requirements into a single report submission through thethree MS applications; (1) MS Word doc, (2) MS Powerpoint, (3) MS Visio- Presenting and obtaining approvals on the documented studies; approvals from threelevels: (1) core committees, (2) intermediate committees and (3) steering/executivecommittee- Design, development and re-engineering business processes through collaborated andapproved As-Is processes; thus, mitigating against broken or inefficient processes- Documenting and presenting on the drafted re-engineered processes using the MSapplications above, obtaining approvals and sign-offs on the re-engineered processesthrough the committees or established hierarchies- Developing To-Be Business Process documents that outlines the consolidated resolutionof processes that is to be- Presenting and communicating requirements to further entities such as developmentteams, etc.- Facilitating and executing quality assurance processes on the delivered solution andensuring that delivery is in accordance to business requirements- Management and conducting oversight on project delivery timelines according to scopeof work deliverables- Conducting UAT with various stakeholders to assure successful delivery.
