Current-Construction of Marassi Project Gate No. 3.-Construction of Marassi Project KeyStone Walls Cluster L & K.-Construction of Marassi Project Boundary wall Phase (II).-Construction of Marassi Project Boundary wall Phase (III).-Construction of all civil works of “Alexandria Company for Vegetable Oils Extraction (S.A.E)” extensions.-Upgrade and maintenance for fastbreak swimming-pool area “Smouha Sports Club”.-Construction of International squash playgrounds “Smouha Sports Club”.Responsibilities:-Manage and direct staff members and the construction.-Supervise and Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.-Direct surveying to lay out installations or establish reference points and elevations to guide construction.-Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work within time, cost and quality constrains.-Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.-Prepare and submit related project submittals, RFIs, RFPs...etc.-Prepare and submit invoices.-Assist in preparing contractual claims.-Communicate with a range of people including the client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers and the workforce.
