 Execute the sales annual operating plan which will meet company AOP and business planning requirements.  Organize, control and motivate team to achieve sales targets within the agreed profit margins.  Select, train, develop and follow-up sales personnel to the standards (FLSMP) necessary to meet the current and long term needs of the department. .

 Rollout Frito-Lay Best Practice Programs within Company DCs Follow up enlarging of retail sector (DTS) through route optimization, trucks purchase and distribution, planning RSR employment. Coordinate between sales dept. and all related departments during promotions or launching of new products. Enhance FLs team Capability by rolling out FLSMP.
