I focus on tackling youth unemployment through sustainable solutions.With over 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Coordinator in the development sector, I have managed projects like the Job Search Club with the ILO and the Women Economic Empowerment initiative with UN Women. My expertise lies in employability, socio-economic impact, and education, where I have successfully led cross-functional teams and coordinated extensive field activities across multiple governorates.As a current Lazord Fellow, I am continually expanding my knowledge in youth development, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration, enhancing my ability to drive meaningful change in the region.I thrive on effective project management and strategic development to deliver impactful outcomes that contribute to Economic progress.
