Job Responsibilities:• Provide Leadership and direct support to Lead Technical Engineers to undertake their tasks actively.• Prepare method of statement for all activity.• Prepare sub- contractors contracts & review sub- contractor’s payment.• Review client’s payment.• Review quantity survey and discuss with consultant for get approval.• Make analysis for project documents for extract claim.• Preparation and Evaluation variation orders and submission to client.• Monitoring and controlling project according to given plan and recording progress of day to day activity • Prepare Breakdown for all items in BOQ for get approval from consultant.• Prepare payment format for invoice.• Prepare E1& E2 log for get approval from consultant.• Preparation of EOT (Extension of time) for on-going contracts.• Discuss with project manager monthly plan to achive good monthly payment in the invoice.

• Make estimation for landscape ,irrigation projectSelection of the system suitable for the design purpose.• Prepare method statement for landscape & irrigation work.• prepare all document requirment for the project ( IR & MIR & TR & JSI & Material survey)• Reviewing the landscape & irrigation drawings for general notes, irrigation layouts, Irrigation arrangements, Irrigation sections, calculation sheets and irrigation modelling.• Prepare shop drawing for landscape with all details.• Make presentation for project using photo shop software.• Design all drawings of irrigation projects, and make shop drawings• Create 3D design using real-time landscape architecture software• Checking the irrigation analysis calculations sheets.• Calculation of all irrigation networks required. • Create landscape design for many project .
