• Operation and maintenance of 500KV/220KV/110KV GIS and AIS Substations (power transformer, HV circuit breaker, HV cables,.• Participate in different projects of new substations, substation extensions and rehabilitation of existing ones. • Developing and implementing a preventive and emergency maintenance program for the equipment of the substations.• Consultant for Testing & Commissions for power equipment’s (Power transformers, auxiliary transformers, CB’s, Isolators, Surge arrestors, CT’s, VT’s, Reactors, Capacitors, MV AIS & GIS Switchgear, RMUs etc...)• Static VAR Compensator [SVC] operation and maintenance.• Carries out maintenance of transformers, their ancillary parts and all parts of the substation and conducts related tests.• Diagnosing the system troubleshooting and applying the most appropriate and economical solution.• Reading and understand the as built drawing of all panels and equipment’s.• Follow up the outage and return of the equipment in service of the electrical substations in coordination with the National Load Dispatching Center (NLDC).• Ensuring safety procedures and compliances with safety regulations for workers and equipment’s.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment such as MV switchgear, transformers, cables motors, and control systems.• Routine inspections and preventive maintenance on substation (33/11kV ) , RMUs.• Operation of MV substation and RMUs.• Testing of transformers , RMUs, switchgears, cables.• Maintain and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other control systems.• Perform troubleshooting and diagnose electrical issues in a timely manner.• Work closely with the maintenance team to address both planned and unplanned maintenance activities.• Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.• Respond promptly to electrical failures and breakdowns, participating in emergency repair activities.
