-Review the bank accounts and ensure there is sufficient cash is available. -Work with staff to ensure that the wire transfer payments are properly reviewed, identified and recorded. -Follow up the accountant on the intercompany monthly reconciliation. -Ensure timely closing and adhere to reporting deadlines.-Participates in RAII monthly close (review journal entry, account reconciliation, and transaction/account analysis).-Following up the monthly closing process with all the PMO Accountants in the business unit (e.g. Kafaah, Al-Ghabah, Toshka and any new PMO Project).-Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual Management Performance Reports for RAII and PMO Projects (Monthly variance analysis reporting from budget).-Preparing consolidated Weekly Cash Flow for RAII and its subsidiaries including Cash Flow Forecasting in addition to the Management of Bank Accounts of RAII.-Assisting the CFO in preparing the yearly budget for RAII & its subsidiaries. -Assist in external and internal audit including the year-end audit process.-Proactively identify issues and areas for improvement.-Direct the development and oversee the implementation of Finance’s policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results.-Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through adapting to changes in international standards, changes in the business environment and adoption of leading practices within Finance. -Oversee escalated Finance non-compliance case resolution and reduce non-compliance through ensuring the availability and promotion of stipulated policies and procedures. -Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm to team goals, and guide team members through periods of change or uncertainly.-Ensure the team complies with RAII’s values, policies, processes and systems.-Special projects and additional duties as assigned by CFO.

- Reviewing and maintaining reliable and accurate GL records, month end reconciliations.- Reviewing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard the company assets.- Assisting in the preparation of annual budget and cash flow forecast.- Participating in inventory count, prepare reports and reconcile discrepancies.- Payroll process payouts, Accounts Payable and full expenditure cycle- Assisting in month end closing process.- Fixed Assets and Inventory accounting and warehouse accounting management.- Liabilities and Provisions related calculations, forecasts, and accounting JV bookings.- Financial and Variance analysis and Opex accounting management.- Providing support during external audit process.

Egypt

- Control clearing the vendor invoices against payments.- Prepare direct vendor invoices.- Preparation of payment transaction for suppliers and employees.- Reconciling vendor accounts prior to each payment and updating to supervisor the unreconciled items- Draft payment transactions for vendor upon reviewed by AP supervisor.- Monitor account description and material consumption of account assignment.- Control petty cash payments upon approval.- Preparation of all entries on the accounting system.- Ensure document validation prior processing.- Reviewing purchase orders prior to approval for account assignment, PR, payment terms.
