Leads the Team in monitoring and supervising the detail engineering by Suppliers and EPCC Contractors, procurement, construction and commissioning for each project. Shall lead Technical Team in interfacing, coordinating and implementing all technical issues during engineering, construction and commissioning phases.Provides process engineering advisory and design services for Company’s process and related facilities. Carries out advisory services in areas of expertise, prepares/oversees conceptual designs for modifications or new facilities and evaluates plant change requests and requests for engineering support. Develops project strategies for presentation to Management and for Management approval. Initiates studies, conducts process audits and recommends plant/ field modifications to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, cost savings and technology updates. Maintains and updates the Company’s process engineering standards and specifications.
