Responsible for fire protection & security and plumbing related designs and execution activities for all project and coordinating with RFO to obtain Preliminary and Occupancy Fire NOC.Preparing the scope of work by taking inputs from architect for fire protection & security and plumbing consultant.Execution and comment on the design basics reports submitted by fire protection & security and plumbing consultant for finalizing the design development (GFC).Execution and comments for conceptual stage to design development GFC.Preparation and management of design schedule, including milestones for main design event & deliverable (schematic sign-off, main tender, etc.)Coordination with consultants for the production of schematic design, detailing design, and tender documentation as per client’s brief.Execution and comments on the tender specification and BOQ specification submitted by fire protection & security and plumbing consultant.Manage design change process when required by value engineering or client requirements.Execution final set of GFC and tender drawing and releasing to procurement department.Monitoring of consultant’s deliverable and certification of payments.Coordination and execution of contractors shop drawings and material submittal for approval.Walk at site with contractor to ensure timely delivery of project and resolve the design issues arising due to specific site conditions.Supporting and coordinating with RFO to obtain Preliminary and Occupancy Fire NOC for projects.Supporting for the third party commissioning Documents.

Managed group of 12 employees in delivering designs for projects and accountable for managing the delivery of projects, and providing managerial support for all the projects conducted by the company. Also responsible for providing monthly technical updates of any known issues/risks to Senior Manager.
