As a part of WCO project management office (PMO), I have:1-Established and been running the WCO project management system by providing the right governance mechanism and tools throughout the project life.2-Developing the operational reporting system for all work-streams.3-Supporting all work stream managers to build their parallel and consecutiverollouts plans and to make sure the overall PMO expectations are always met.4-Streamlining project’s operational activities towards achieving its main objectives.5-Adjusting resources utilization plan where applicable to meet the project’sdynamic needs.6-Enabling the consultancy service role by providing functional works-streams with the right continuous improvement tools such as benchmarking and best practices in similar kind of businesses.7-Reviewing and analyzing current business policies and procedures with the aim of coming up with potential working capital improvement opportunities.8-Designing process improvement solution based on the engagement with other parties within WCO and Yansab projects.9-Interacting with the project stakeholders across SABIC regions globally for incorporating project’s new introduced KPIs, procedures and recommendations.

Attending the detailed engineering phase of YANSAB's Polyolefin project (Shanghai, China) assigned to perform the following tasks (including but not limited to):1-Design Review .2-Review all PFD and PID of the Products Handling Unit.3-Participating with the EPC in finalizing the lifting study of the plant's heavy equipments.4-Finalizing systems handover after finishing the plant commissioning stage.Preparing (WEFS) Work Execution Flow Scheme in which required plan for accomplishing the plant pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities is fully optimized .5-Leading the Construction Walkthroughs as part of the mechanical completion certification process.6-The coordination between all involved vendors for conducting the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up phases for all operation systems.
