-Study the crowd control situation at Almasjid Annabaway from an engineering perspective and present various development projects as well as preparing strategic plans accordingly. -Prepare and approve the operational plans during working as General manager and assistant deputy general president for crowd management successively from 12/2020 until 06/2022.

-General Supervision on all phases of projects, from concept to delivery including preparin risk analysis and financial studies.-Make sure projects meet high quality standards and are delivered on time scheduled and budget expected.-Helped in establishing procedures for projects management in Alamasjid Annabawy following PMI processes with the manager of the department..-Won the excellence award from the General President for the best department in 2016.
