▪ Work with client to establish detailed project plans which identify key milestones and deliverable and preparing necessary project report.▪ Manage the scope, resource, schedules and financials to ensure delivery of change in line with agreed project plan and to deal with the client for project related issues.▪ Responsible for project close-out, receipt of project taking over certificates, submission of payment applications and ensure receipt of timely project payments.▪ Provide leadership and guidance to the site team for the installation of MEP works.▪ Conducting internal meetings with project team members and attending the meeting with consultant.▪ Planning and management of manpower and materials related to the project work execution. ▪ Responsible for the construction and completion of the projects 100% in accordance with tender and specifications. ▪ Coordinating the entire gamut of day to day activities of projects and obtaining approval for work modifications by coordinating with representatives of consultant.▪ Working in close coordination with various departments such as Engineering (Design Office), Project Management Team, Structural, Mechanical & Costing teams for timely completion of the MEP activities.

1. Detail study on HVAC layout and getting design discussions for scheduled works.2. Getting work clearance approval for on time completion and carrying out inspections for the same.3. Monitoring the sub-contractor work progress and scheduling manpower as per work requirement.4. Carrying out on-going project schedules such as material requirement and as technical specifications of schedule work progress chart.

• Preliminary planning based on Architectural drawings. • Concept/Design discussions with the clients and Architects. • Co-ordination with architectural and structural & all MEP work. Mobilizing manpower and materials at the site. • Checking the weekly and monthly progress, dealing with consultant, reporting the project manager and to the project management team. • Monitoring the sub-contractor work progress, checking the quality of work as per specification and approved drawings. • Going for the inspection on the site. • Checking of all Mechanical & Plumbing Service Drawings

• Concept/Design discussions with the clients and Architects.• Mobilizing manpower and monitoring the sub-contractor work progress and checking the quality of work as per specification and approved drawings.• Preparation of bill of materials and design brief report.• Detail planning of site works based on priority and getting authorizes approvals.• Communicate with client for requirements etc.• Attending the inspections on the site and comply with the consultant comments.• Includes knowledge about HVAC High side and Low Side System, heat load calculations, layouts of AHU, ducting, High side, VRF, TFA, VAV, piping etc.• Preparing of reports (Commissioning & Handing over documents)• Carrying out with basic PC operations like Word, Excel etc.
