Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Erbil Polytechnic University, Iraq. Has nine years of diverse civil engineering experience. As a National Information Management Officer for the Shelter and Non food item Cluster with United Nation International Organization Migration (UNIOM) provided me with the opportunity to develop my skills in reporting, information management, and analysis, decision making, multicultural teamwork. During my time with UNIOM, I liaised with other information management staff in UN agencies and non-government organizations, and with senior management in UNOCHA to meet the needs of humanitarian clients, both beneficiaries and the humanitarian community. I also gained experience working in a Level 3 emergency meeting the demands of a high profile humanitarian situation, creating information products to benefit the humanitarian response in a timely and efficient manner, also enhanced my skills and knowledge in the area of Information Management, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), spatial analysis, mapping generation and evaluation, data collection, GPS (Global Position Systems). and as well as member of Global Shapers Community and is establishing a suitable database of location details for Erbil governorates.
