Following up with the Medical, pharmaceutical and FMCG Suppliers for the Purchase orders issued and arranging the freight, Clearance and delivery on timely manner Contacting Forwarders for the quotes and making necessary arrangements to move the orders via Sea, Air and land for the freight collect shipment. Arranging the necessary documents from the Supplier for KSA clearance and getting prior approval like DG approval, Import permit and SFDA clearance request.Getting approvals from SFDA to release the shipments and preparing release request through the Saudi FDA website.Manage and closely monitor the movements of all the shipments for ( Medical, pharmaceutical & FMCG)Following up with the customs broker for the shipment clearance and release and arranging the transportation to company warehousesPreparing weekly reports with full shipment details and sending it to the management and Sales Team Responsible for entry of shipment’s details in INFOR System until delivered to warehouse Helping accounts for LC creation and settling the payments of the Suppliers, Forwarders and clearing agent.
