File ATC flight plan• Provide thorough briefings to PIC, as per company policies and company schedules.• Ensure ETOPS flight planning and monitoring requirements are met.• Planning tankering flights based on the company policy (System tankering going /way back & forced tankering) • Monitor en route weather, NOTAMs, ATC delays, diversions, and emergencies, communicating in real-time forsafe flight operations.• Monitoring flight through flight watch system (AEROPS, FLIGHT RADAR 24, GLOBAL BECON, movementmessage, decoding delay codes, updating journey logs and ACARS)• Monitoring slots for EURO CONTROL region flights.• Referring AIPs, OMA, OMC, Airport charts (LIDO/ Jeppesen) for adequacy and suitability check, ops specs toensure a smooth planning for the flight.• Ensure smooth shift transitions with proper handover/takeover procedures.• Overdue aircraft procedure.
