Preparation of Individual Packing Material Standards, Individual Packing Standards and Packing Instructions through CSS, Enovia, CDB Database, TOPS Configuration and SAP for plant and customization site usage. - Smoothly carry out the flow of products from the factory to the customer.- Managing DPS (Direct Plant Shipments) for entire AP (Arabian Peninsula).- In charge of arranging, verifying and providing shipping documents to distributors for customs clearance.- Ensuring smooth flow of shipping and import documents with compliance to the destination customs and customers.- Issuance of insurance certificate for shipments.- Internal auditing for inbound invoices.- Negotiating demurrages and port charges with distributors and shipping lines to generate cost savings and achieving zero demurrage.- Demand planning with alignment to sales and order management.- Discussing and finalizing the incoterms for imports and plants with concurrence of I-Trade dept.- Executing sales reports in SAP, analyzing the correctness and accuracy of details of the orders.- Communicating the final approved orders with the plants as per calendar to enable timely execution of the shipment.- Responsible for maintaining and distribution of the shipping instructions for various lines.- Daily interaction with the P&G (Procter & Gamble) plants across the globe to resolve any document issues.- Ensuring and verifying the completion of standard requirements of orders received from customers.- Incorporating and driving the policy of RTFT (Right Time First Time) documentation.- Responsible for MIS (Management Information System) like OTD (On Time Delivery) for plants and OSR (Order Status Report) for the customers, analyzing repetitive problems and applying systematic fix for the root causes.- Weekly online meetings with the plants worldwide regarding alignments of OTD and RTFT reporting.

• Validating and Approval of Purchase requisition and converting into Purchase orders.• Generating Purchase Orders in SAP & ARIBA based Smart Buy tool.• Help requesters in procuring goods from non-catalog suppliers.• Following up with the vendors to obtain an updated/reviewed/verified quote as per indenter’s requirement.• To check the invoice bookings in SAP system and entry of Purchase Orders from SAP into Smart Buy.• Verifying Approval of Purchase Requisitions within the defined TAT.• Quality checking as per the company standard procurement guidelines.• Dispatching PO’s to concerned supplier and follows up of orders.• Solving issues raised by supplier regarding PO/quote • Sending enquires to the vendors on quotation.• To check indents in all respect and make sure that there is no repetition of order/excess order• To coordinate with the supplier for getting quotations and forward it to the concerned responsible authorities• To coordinate with the suppliers and solve all the issues regarding purchase orders
