Job description • Ensure that plant achieves / exceeds line productivity and efficiency targets. Responsible for overall lines efficiency, yield, rework, overweight, scrap, line manning, and production volume.• Monitor operations on a daily basis and supervise technical personnel, from the workers to the team leaders.• Responsible that all products produced at lines are complying with product specifications.• Prepare daily reports to operations development manager reading (machines - workers - raw materials - products) status.• Analyze data to determine efficiency, productivity and causes of loss.• Evaluate the performance of employees and determine training needs.• Supervise equipment’s installation and operation. Achievement • Study on the percentage of scrap production per lines.Determine the percentage of scrap on each line and reduce the average rate from 12% to 7.8%.for 3 lines.

Job description• Plan, report and control maintenance activates (preventive, planned and corrective) assuring that quality, safety standers and costs objectives are achieved incompliance with PMI standers and policies.• Train new workers on maintenance plane and activities.• Maintenance scheduling1. Plane and propose the date for time-based maintenance activities and achieved the annual objectives established during the annual performance evaluation process.2. Participate in evaluation of maintenance requests by considering add value, urgency of the tasks.3. Prepare maintenance task lists based on maintenance strategy, manpower and duration of task.4. Participate maintenance meeting and update activity list based on feedback.

• Worked on Forecasts Planning and Production Planning.• Received production orders from the costumer and prepare the needed plans. And Follow up on materials required planning with the procurement department and Production planning to achieve the delivery dates orders.
