I worked at Qatar Airways, a company that deliver Excellence in everything we do. I enjoyed working with Qatar Airways and its subsidiary where I have learned many things about aviation, here's some of the tasks that I enjoyed with them: 1. Promotion of safety culture amongst operational staff through education about hazards identification in the workplace. 2. Conducted a survey to identify the reasons behind the reduction of voluntary hazard reports. 3. Analysis of Customer Services KPIs and their evolution in line with business expectations. 4. Standardization of operational briefing for Customer Services staff. 5. Involved in safety investigations and the root cause analysis process based on human factors.

Qatar Airways is one of the youngest airlines and fastest- growing airline that connect more than 160 destinations. I was sponsored by Qatar Airways during my study in the UK and they provided me the opportunity to explore the real world in summer 2017. I was awarded for achieving superior results in performing and exhibiting QR values. It was great opportunity to discover and learn new things, I was lucky to work with great professionals in my team back then in business development where they shared and provided me with all the support. Also, I was assigned to spend some time with other departments/functions within the organization to understand their roles and tasks.
