To monitor and control the entire project, especially in terms of technical issues and to provide an overview of the project status to the Owner in all phases. Liaise with the consultant/design team to achieve the highest achievable standards within the contracts.•Prepare packages of construction documents, design criteria, permitting documents and rules and regulations for distribution to tenants and design professionals. •Attend weekly Action / Construction meetings and Development / Leasing meetings to ensure awareness and communication of all aspects of the project; especially issues that pertain to the tenant’s design and construction, base building drawings and their production, base building and tenant construction schedules, and the progress of Leasing and the lease negotiation.•Set up and manage an On-Site Tenant Coordination team who will facilitate and monitor tenant’s construction progress and coordinate with the on-site base building construction team, their sub-contractors and base building sub-contractors tenants are required to use.
