At the Royal Courts of Justice my role as a Administrative assistant and Usher involves me in the following day to day responsibilities:- Liaising with Team members and staff of the court to prepare files needed for daily hearings.- Communicating effectively with Judges - Administering the front desk when ushering- Managing court room entry and day to day office operations- Problem solving: assisting with solving administrative issues- Record keeping and Data entry- Dealing with and mitigating potential issues arising from last minute changes from the daily hearing lists

Responsibilities:- Drive personal vehicle to deliver packages- Deal with returns and damaged items- Scanning packages- Leave customers with a positive experience (through communication)

Responsibilities:- Dealing with customer enquiries- Keeping the store nice and tidy- Ensuring the store was safe for customer use- Handling payments on tills- Preparing tables and clothes

Responsibilities:- Help maintain health standards, as well ensure the environment is free from hazards- Replenished stock- Handled tills and cash count- Maintain a good visual presentation- Deal with customer enquiries
