My responsibility starts from supporting sales engineers in Tendering, Supporting the estimation department for estimation, Draughtsman’s in making IFC drawings, Shop drawings, as built drawings, Preparation of Technical Submittal, Method of statements, Designing Fire Pump Hydraulic calculation, Design calculation for Aerosol system, Design calculation for FM-200 system, Design calculation of NOVEC-1230 system up to handing over to the client.Expert in complete fire protection systems like FM200 System, NOVEC-1230 Systems, Fire Pumps set, Aerosol Fire Suppression system, Foam Fire Suppression system, Sprinkler system, Fire Hydrant system, Fire Alarm system, Attending Qatar Civil Defense Inspections, Preparation of maintenance reports, Testing & commissioning of Fire Pump sets & other systems, site supervision, handing over the final product to client after testing & commissioning.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Working with a team to develop, deliver and exceed targeted revenue of company products and activities.• Creating and leading strategies to gain access to new clients, while sustaining and expanding existing partnerships.• Continuous analyzing development and service priorities in order to maximize productivity and effectiveness.• Meeting with MEP contractors, consultants and clients and introducing about our products.• Supporting sales team throughout the sales process from estimation to get the job.• Conducting meeting with sales team and forecasting of sales for quarterly, semiannual and annual.• Generating new opportunities for Mechanical and Fire protection systems including Maintenance and trading.• Keeping good relation with clients, contractors and consultants.• Good technical knowledge of Mechanical, Fire protection systems.• Follow up for payments from clients.• Managing a team of engineers and technicians.• Submission of maintenance report on weekly, monthly, Semi Annually & Annually.
