1. Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules administration including:• Entry and maintaining accurate employee personal and assignment details• Updating employee’s assignments• Managing salary information and executing monthly payroll2. Providing functional operational support for Oracle HRMS and Payroll users3. Training of HRMS users about system functionality as needed to support new or updated functions based on their current knowledge of the system4. Participating in system enhancement projects, coordinating with IT for developing the new system functionalities and to ensure their implementation across the Group5. Extract data and reports from the system for its interpretation into HR Management6. Support HR Audit section in providing and validating relevant HR information7. Providing support to group employees related to medical and life insurance

• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.• Designing and expanding training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs.• Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers and senior managers• Developing effective induction programs.• Devising individual learning plans.• Producing training materials for in-house courses.• Managing the delivery of training and development programs and devising a training strategy for the organization.• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with manager.• Evaluating training and development programs.• Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.• Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.• Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages and learning management system (LMS).
