-Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering.- Having Hands-on Experience of 5+ Years in the Field of Construction - Execution.- Detail Review of Drawings-(Civ & Arc) in order to Estimate the Majors of the project such as (Material , Manpower, Equipment and Resources Etc.,)- Obtaining and Evaluating BOQ.- Bar bending schedule BBS.- Tendering.- Preparation of Material Supply Request-(MSR) as per the Project Specifications.- Issuing Request of Sub-Contractors for the Contract-(SCR).- Differentiate Variation of Budget from Shop Drawing and IFC drawings.- Formulate productivity charts of Equipment & Manpower.- Preparation and issuing IPC-Interim Payment Certificate.- Preparation of Invoices with respect to PO & Contract ( on time period basis )- Summarize each and every Item of the project and maintaining records of each.- Scoping and Descoping of the Contract as per Orders.- Maintaining Summary of SCR's , MSR's and Invoices.-Tracking of Invoices and Credits of S/C .- Tracking of Materials at Site and Issue MSR accordingly.
