Ongoing Project: 1. Roshn Al Arous Single Family Residential Project. It’s a Modular Row Housing Project composed of 2000+ villas & Cluster. Project Responsibilities-o Review Shop Drawings, Fabrication Drawings delivered from subcontractors.o Random Site visits to check deliverables & prepare site observation reports.o Attend Consultant Technical Meetings and manage technical office deliverables. o Coordinate with MEP, Structural and all internal departments as per requirements. Execution as per consultant design and coordinate with Site Engineers and other personnel related to the architectural deliverables.o Preparing specific details for architectural finishing such as reflected false ceiling, drywalls, flooring, wall paneling etc.o Assist Planning, Procurement and Material teams; and liaise with site team on priorities/problems on the day-to-day activities.o Lead and manage design and draftsman staff developmental and construction stages.
