I am a Project Manager at Eco Efficient Home Solutions (EEH Solutions), where I lead retrofit projects aimed at helping our clients and partners achieve their decarbonization goals. My role encompasses the full spectrum of project management, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring that every project is executed with the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget.With a strong foundation in architecture from the Oxford School of Architecture, I bring a deep understanding of design and building systems to my role. This architectural background, combined with an MSc in Project Management from Nottingham Trent University, allows me to approach each project with both technical expertise and strategic insight.One of the key methodologies I use in my work is the RIBA project management principles. These principles guide me in delivering high-quality project execution by ensuring meticulous planning, continuous monitoring, and effective handover. By adhering to these standards, I ensure that all aspects of a project are aligned with the client’s objectives, and that we achieve the desired outcomes efficiently and effectively.Before joining EEH Solutions, I honed my skills as a Quality Technician Officer with the ERSI Group on the HS2 project in Loughborough, where I was responsible for maintaining strict quality standards. This role reinforced my commitment to compliance, safety, and precision, which are crucial elements in the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.I also served as a Junior Project Manager for the internal refurbishment of a new hotel for a prestigious hotel group. In this role, I coordinated with various stakeholders, ensuring that the project met the client’s high standards, was delivered on time, and remained within budget. This experience provided me with valuable insights into managing complex projects and balancing the diverse needs of all involved parties.At EEH Solutions, I am proud to contribute to the energy efficiency and sustainability agenda.
