I am a B.E computer Science and engineering with over 2.4 years of experience as an System Support Engineer in Media Systems Pvt . As a System Support Engineer, my job is focused on Branch level Support that minimized the cost and time from previous. I managed 2 Branches of Chennai region, where I am responsible for the day-to-day System Support operations. My experience includes Fresher in Networking and experience in Hardware Assembling, troubleshooting and system maintenance and performing IT related operation. Most of my career and education has focused on Computer Hardware, Networking and installation / troubleshooting and those are my greatest strengths. Now I presently in Qatar. • Support and solve network Issues and resolve them with minimal impact to the Company’s operations. • Support IT Infrastructure systems (LAN technologies, WAN technologies and Remote Access technologies).
