♦ Scrutiny of tender documents.♦ Attendance of, and presiding when required, internal tender review meetings.♦ Maintaining communication with client and support in obtaining feedback on tenders submitted.♦ Studying vendors offers technically & commercially, preparing technical & commercial compliance studies and preparing time schedules for each project.♦ Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.♦ Study the commercial conditions and ensure that there is no contractual risks.♦ Contribution in cost and price calculations.♦ After the project is awarded, prepare RBI and handover the project to the Project Management Team.

♦ Review of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, understanding, analyzing and accurately assessing all ITT requirements.♦ Participate in pre-bid surveys and meetings to acquire the required knowledge of the project♦ Co-ordination, preparation and compilation of complete, compliant and professional proposal documentation, both technical and commercial, for submission to clients in line with client bid documents and tender deadlines.♦ Coordinate with different company’s departments (i.e.: Engineering, Contracts, Planning, Quality … etc.) If required.♦ Prepare RFQs and Coordinate with suppliers.♦ Verify quotations and their compliance with specs.♦ Create technical and commercial comparison tables between suppliers to select among them the most competitive offers.♦ Prepare cost estimate study.♦ Fill in the client BOQ.

♦ Working according to national code and international standards.♦ LV and MV network distribution and components sizing (Transformers, Distributor, RMU, cables ...etc).♦ Reviewing and approving shop drawings provided by contractors for each project.♦ Preparing scope of work and breakdown lists for each project according to its requirements.♦ Reviewing contractors/suppliers technical and financial offers.♦ Estimation of materials quantities according to each project requirement & Preparation of the final pricing and Bill of quantities lists.♦ Attending meetings with the suppliers.
