I am a GP in Rugeley, Staffordshire and provide a service to a population of just under 5000 patients. We are a training practice having medical students, Foundation year trainees and GP Speciality training. I have interests in various medical specialities which include Respiratory, Cardiac, Neurology, other Long Term condition and End of life care.I also am a Governing Board Member for Cannock Chase CCG, and provide clinical support in various aspects of CCG, my main remit being Primary care Development. I support education for ll Primary Care staff on behalf of the CCG via the PLT. I previously worked as a Clinical Assistant in respiratory Medicine so have experience in management of COPD, Pulmonary Fibrosis, Bronchiectasis, Chronic asthma and other lung conditions.I have previously work in Practice Based Commissioning when this was fist introduced and also a PEC Member for South Staffordshire PCT..I have also been a QOF Assessor for South Staffs PCT doing both routine visits and also verification visits. I also undertook IMT Assessor Visits.
