Corporate Financial Performance1 Collect group financial data from all functions within the finance department at Group level2 Monitor on a regular basis the financial performance of functions/ departments and communicate relevant gaps to be addressed.3 Monitor performance against business plan and raise relevant issues in a timely manner.4 Investigate and understand further the implications of the current financial results by gathering input from businesses and, if need be from the market.4 Own the Financial Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and monitoring process (data collection, KPI scoring, and report generation)5 Develop and implement Finance, accounting, and auditing policy and proceduresContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices6 Preparation and finalization of timely and accurate departmental MIS statements and reports pertaining to the business to meet companies requirements, policies and standards.Financial Reporting & Planning 1 Prepare timely and accurate Management Reports, Audit Committee & Board Reports on an ongoing basis.2 Set up reporting standards and guidelines and ensure in-depth financial analysis of Group’s financial statements.3 Review calculation of specific financial items and measure financial ratios (solvency, profitability, growth, etc.) and compare them to local, regional and international benchmarks4 preparation of financial forecasts, plans Budgets and document issues/ findings in financial analysis reports and propose recommendations4 Preparation of Consolidated Group Financial budget and Individual Subsidiaries Budget on the basis of each department and LOB of company5 Monitoring of Variance in the Budget & Actual perfofmance of each Individual Subsidiaries department and LOB of company on a monthly basis on PTD –YTD basis and reporting it to CEO & Chairmain6 Perform ad-hoc financial analysis requested by Management.

1 Preparation of Group Consolidated Financial Statement & Related analyticall reviews2 MIS Presentation to Management on monthly Quarterly & Yearly basis on each subsidiary / Project & Consolidated Group level3 Actively support the development and implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems4 Continues monitoring & enhancement to Finance department policy & procedure and to ensure that its implemented accrose the group 5 Efficiently handled Asset Liability for Accounting & Management for the Securities , Investment , Real Estate Portfolio and various funds portfolios 6 Ensuring that Proper Accounting & financial procedure are properly implemented & pursue in finance dept. as per IFRS & IAS guidelines 7 Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas and report them to CFO & CEO8 Evaluation of investment proposals submitted by Financial institution, Real estate/Investment companies & subsidiary companies 9 Maintain a comprehensive and effective system of Revenue Assurance (RA) and Expense controls (EC) and recording mechanisms, making full use of the available resources. Budgeting & planning1 Preparation of Consolidated Group budget and Individual Subsidiaries Budget on the basis of each department and LOB of company2 Monitoring of Variance in the Budget & Actual perfofmance of each Individual Subsidiaries department and LOB of company on a monthly basis on PTD –YTD basis and reporting it to CEO & Chairmain3 Reporting and Assisting directly to CFO and Finance Director with all duties and responsibility that are required on by management or Financial Institution like Stock exchange ,Banks etc4 Actively participated in preparation of in-house purchasing and investment policy process manual, documents and processes
