 Handling and coordination the engineering process from the priority point of view with the project design agent “Larsen & Toubro – Sargent & Lundy LLC, J.V India” Review and check the project civil design and verify the coordination with the related activities Mech, Elec and I&C. Construction phases coordination along with the site team upon interface requirements, time schedule, and project milestones. Manage and review the shop drawing and material process to achieve the construction requirements. Release the official transmittals “design, shop drawing, letters, RFI, DCN, FCR, MAS…...etc. Guidance follow up the construction process with the site team to ensure the project conformity and milestone plan. Periodical progress, coordination, and activities kick-off meeting. Work towards providing the required project reports during the project cycle. Tender, proposal and Procurement departments technical support.

 Handling and review the project civil/arch design and coordinate with the other disciplines. Perform and review the shop drawing and material submittal process. Construction phases coordination along with the site team upon interface requirements, time schedule, and project milestones. Release the official submittals “design, shop drawing, letters, RFI, DCN, FCR, MAS…...etc. Guidance, follow up the construction process with the site team to ensure the project conformity and milestone plan. Periodical progress, coordination, and activities kick-off meeting.

 Execution, Supervise and prioritize all the assigned construction activities. Coordination process with all the related disciplines mech, elec, I&C, ….etc. Review and follow the project time schedule based on the priority wise. Release the required field change requests as per the actual site requirements. Provide all the required reports and monitoring sheets for the construction process. Follow up with engineering & procurement team to provide all the required transmittals and materials based on priority wise. Weekly coordination meeting attendance and execution of the correspondence actions.
